Universal Audio LA2a compressor repair parts and repair depot

I have 2 LA2a compressors that I want to take in for service and I am having a difficult time finding any information on finding an authorized repair center I have filled out a support request but have not heard back from UA tech support as yet. So far I have not been able to find any information on service manuals, parts or service centers for these things... My units are from 2007 and 2010 and need Gain pots replaced (noisy) and perhaps tubes but there is no phone number to call or communicate with... What do folks do. I am in the Nashville area, this should not be that difficult to find... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Great. That's from later in the day yesterday.

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame. They're also a bit behind right now, so look for a reply hopefully by the end of the week.

Thanks, Is there a parts list to refer to and does UA sell parts. Sending them by mail to California can be quite expensive.... I'd really like to find someone in the Nashville Tn. area if I can it would be easier. I'd think they would have an authorized repair in Nashville due to all the studios out here
