Updated to v11.0.1 on MacOS Sonoma and now Apollo Twin X won't connect

I updated to my Apollo Twin X to v11.0.1 and now I get the "Click Allow in Privacy & Security" prompt when I open "UAD Meter & Control Panel" but there's no "Allow" showing up to click on in the MacOS System Settings/Privacy & Security app. I did everything on the self help guide on the UAD Support site, unistall/reinstall, checked cables, etc. numerous times and nothing worked.

Everything worked fine on v10.2.5 until I did the v11.0.1 installation and now I can't get it working.

System Info: MacOS Sonoma 14.1.2 - Mac Mini 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7



Any ideas on how to correct this?

You could roll back the driver, but that might be complicated. Does 11.X have an uninstall feature?

Yes, here's what I found on UAD's self-help site for “how to uninstall”

Excellent. Need to track down all those stray files scattered throughout the OS.

it's just one folder. The entire UA folder in the User Library can be trashed.

I’ve had a very similar problem. My ticket 786888 had me complete a “comprehensive reinstallation,” which didn’t fix anything. I downgraded to v. 10 which didn’t do any good. After multiple hardware resets I’m at a loss for anything else to do… the only thing I could think of is transferring ownership of the Apollo to myself in some way?

Thanks for your help it is now up and running. I have another issue. I have no monitoring sound when recording in Luna. It will record and sound when played back though. Any ideas?

I/O matrix is set to default. I just noticed that if I strum a guitar as I hit the record enable button it will sound through headphones but only for 1 second. Then nothing.

Super weird. No way to tell anything without being there, sorry.

Perhaps start with uninstalls of UAD and LUNA.

Is everything all good with Console alone?
