Using I-Pad to control LUNA

Im wondering what would be the process of controlling LUNA from an I-Pad.
Do I need to download LUNA to my I-Pad. Or can I just download the controller software to my I-Pad and it will link?
Is there a step by step video I can follow? Whats the best software for this?

You cannot "download LUNA" to your iPad.
