Verve license not showing

I bought the Verve Analog Machine last week but still haven't seen the license neither in my ilok account and UA connect. Honestly, it is really frustrated to play with such activation system cause I had experienced the same for my last month purchase. The ticket was open but unfortunately still no response.

When I close ilok cloud session (or pull the ilok out of my PC or Mac), the "activate license" button of my UA connect appears instead of the "buy" button. However, once I press the activate license button, it turns on my ilok cloud session and the button changed to "buy" again.
