Volt 2 Latency Issues

Hello All,

Hoping someone more experienced can help me with my issue. I am a new UAD covert. Using an M2 Mac Mini with 24GB of RAM, and 256 SSD. I am also working in LUNA. My previous DAW of choice was Cubase.

My issue is that when I am recording vocals through Volt, I am unable to entirely remove the latency. I have reduced the buffer to 64 and I am still unable to get rid of the latency.
If someone could help, I would highly appreciate it. By the way, the quality of vocals recorded through the Volt was really amazing, especially with the vintage mode on.

I don't have a Volt, but my understanding is there is a physical button on those that toggles through monitoring options, and that Volt has direct monitoring that should be very close to "zero" latency. The LUNA DAW offers no advantage for software based monitoring over any other DAW. It does have deeper integration with the Apollo interfaces for DSP monitoring.

Thank you for your response. Does the direct monitoring apply to the monitor outs only or does it also apply to the headphone out?
