Volt 2 only stereo mode?

Can I switch the inputs to mono modes on this card or does it only record stereo? My Windows only has stereo 1/2 outputs. Can they be separated? Naturally, my microphone does not record stereo and can only be heard on the left or right, and in stereo mode the volume level is much lower, I turn the microphone to maximum, how can I switch the output to mono mode on the audio card and is it possible? Or is it better to just return it to the store?

This is all controlled by the app, not the interface.

Have you been able to solve this problem?
I have channels automatically split into 2 (l and r) when using volt 2 in linux, but on windows they're combined into one.
