VOLT 276 - Randomly gets Crashed

Hi guys I am experiencing this issue since last 3 months, that at times - despite the high buffer size | my volt 276 gets crashed - randomly
Things I have tried uptil now :
  1. Tried Changing the USB port
  2. Reboot Switch Button OFF then OFF
  3. Device manager -- disable then enable
  4. Reinstalled driver (UA Connect Troubleshoot Method)
  5. Tried changing the USB Type C cable
All of the mention above does fix the issue but only only on "temporary basis"
The audio card behaves the same after some time

In order to double check my pc / USB ports I have tried using other Audio Interface with the system - which works fine

But VOLT behaves unusual (Please Note at - Times | Random Nature - while mixing | recording | even internet browsing)


ANY LEVEL OF HELP in order to resolve this issue will be of great help - Thanks!

Support aims for 48-72 hr response times, and they do not work weekends so look for a reply within that time frame.
