Volume control for monitors & headphones - compact mixer?

I need to find a simple way (one knob/slider) of adjusting the volume of my speakers and also headphone mix.

I am looking for suggestions of an inexpensive desktop mixer for this.

I was looking at the Tapco mix 50, would this be one of the cheapest options?

I don't need a mixer or preamp but it's half the price of the other two:

With Tapco, you're getting one step up from a Behringer. Between it and the SM Pro, it seems like a small difference in price for a very large difference in quality.
