VST instruments not available

Hi all,

I bought Ultimate 12 and am looking forward to trying out the included instruments. However, they do not show up in my DAW or the UAD control panel. As far as I can tell all the other plugins from 12 are available and act normal. The instruments show up as “owned” on UAD website. Searching my mac for “electra” or “ravel” comes up with nothing, whereas a search for “pultec” or any other plugin yields resuslts.

I have trashed preferences, uninstalled/reinstalled UAD software. I’ve followed all advice available.

What can I do? I can’t even find them for a free trial if the issue was somehow with my license.

Have you installed UA Connect? That's where you'll find instruments and all other native (non-DSP) plugins.

Heya.

Nope I did not.

And now I did! They’re all being downloaded as we speak.

I don’t know how I missed that info. The little badge under Ultimate 12 says “Apollo,” not “Native/Apollo” as some do.

Regardless I have them now and am ready to rock.

Are there any other native plugins that were in 12 besides the instruments I should look for?

Glad you got it sorted!

You should have access to every native plugin that's been released so far, since the DSP versions are all part of U12.

Thanks for all of that again!

I think/thought I understand what is in the package. I was just making sure that I am not missing anything that is native-only, like the instruments are. If, after separately downloading the instruments, everything from 12 is now at my fingertips, I am good to go.
