Waterfall B3... does it include Speaker as FX?

If I purchase the Waterfall organ, does it also include the 147 for use as a -separate- effect? Or does one need to purchase the Waterfall speaker separately to use on other sources?

you want to pick up a discounted Signature Edition. Waterfall + Rotary + a ton more UADx ready plugins.
