If I subscribe to Spark, and if I own already lets say 5 of the offered plugins, will I be offered the option to replace them with other plugins that I don't already own?
I totally understand you keep the plugins you own..... why wouldn't you?

My question is, you are paying for a bundle. If I own 80% of the plugins offered (you get 40? Which ones?)in the bundle then it makes zero sense to subscribe. I would just buy out the rest of them. I currently own 60 plugins.
No list of the plugins are offered in Spark to be able to navigate this question. Why not?
The scenario is like this. I'm going to go purchase a Spark monthly subscription. I can see I have 30 of the 40 plugins offered in the subscription.
Like when buying plugins, the system will see you have duplicate plugins and offer you to choose from a list of other plugins so you can still get a total of 40 plugins and no duplicates.......
Do I get the same offer when purchasing a subscription? Will the system see I have duplicates and offer me different plugins?
its up to you to decide if thats the price you want to pay the full spark subscription price for the 10 remaining missing plugins, perhaps it is because you only need those for one month for a specific project and not longer?

The Spark subscription includes all native UA plugins available to date and even the ones that come in the future. If you already own five of them, there is simply nothing to replace them in the Spark subscription.
If you buy a James Bond box set with all the movies, you don't get a replacement for having Goldfinger and Octopussy on your shelf before.
