You guys are two out of two as far as suggesting the best UAD plugins for guitar delay and compression, and boy, were you right, as they sound as good, if not better than any pedals I’ve owned :)

So…………………….,………………

Any advice on the best UAD plugins for guitar Tremolo?

Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Jerry, I'm not sure I've used anything for trem that I've loved. I'm interested in your question as well!

The UA Moog Filter is pretty cool. I needed some trem on an old rhythm guitar track recently & although maybe not exactly guitar amp trem-sounding, it does provide some choices that were pleasing for me and it has very cool sounds in it.

And as always..Free to demo.

Have fun & cheers!

Was just about to write the same thing.
I always find myself asking which plugin I can use for a tremolo.
Apart from the Cyclosonic Panner, which always seems a bit too feature-heavy for a simple tremolo effect.

UA Moog Filter
Damn, you always find something you don't have.
But good idea, I've had the Moog filter on my radar for a while for other reasons.

For straight up “guitar amp” style tremolo, IMO, UA does not have a plugin that really does it.
Soundtoys Tremulator is the best I’ve found.
*The Marshall Blues Breaker (jtm45) amp plugin has a cool trem in it though it’s more subtle than the Fender or Vox style tremolo.

Use the UAFX Flow pedal as a send. You might even be the first one who buys this pedal.
Hi SimonA!

Since UAD started with the Fender 55 Tweed Deluxe Plugin first, and it evolved into the Woodrow '55, maybe they can take the Flow and evolve it into the Flowmax Plugin :)

There is some kind of tremolo with the Brigade chorus too, but it’s not exactly what I‘d expect from a conventional tremolo effect.
So I wouldn’t call it ‚best‘, just wanted to mention it.

Hope I'm not too off the path, but Strymon Flint is still my favorite piece of gear... is there a specific strategy for wanting tremolo in the box?
