What's with all the SPAM lately?

Casinos, Poker, Precription Drugs, requests for illegal MP3s....What's goin on?

Can we ban these users already? Maybe add a filter to disallow posts with these words?

Also, WHY aren't these posts being deleted? They clutter the board IMO.

I just noticed several were from the same User ID. I think if you obviously come here to spam and for no other purpose, you're id and IP address should be banned.

It is a know problem. There have been lately a lot of spam in many phpbb forums.
To avoid this, you can increase the registering process security in the admin panel.

Why not having to pay 1cent to get registered? 1cent doesn't hurt anybody and could keep spammers away - I guess.
