I bought the upgrade at UA site directly. I inquired a week ago, but there was no answer from UA support team.Who did you buy the upgrade from? If directly from UA, then you're totally at UA support's mercy.
If you bought it from someone else (say Sweetwater), then you can reach out to them and they might be able to 'lean' on UA for you.

This has been asked on here previously but no public answer to this posted that I am able to find; I purchased Ultimate 11 on 8/14 (directly from UA) got emails saying I am eligible for free upgrade to Ultimate 12...now I have time to do this, but there are no directions on how to redeem the...uadforum.com
