When will my ultimate 12 upgrade be ready? (free ultimate 12 upgrade)

I bought ultimate 11 during free upgrade period, but I couldn’t find the way to upgrade. I did not got any mail or message about that. I opened a support ticket a week ago but haven't heard back yet. My ticket number is #781680. Anyone know what do I do for?

Who did you buy the upgrade from? If directly from UA, then you're totally at UA support's mercy.

If you bought it from someone else (say Sweetwater), then you can reach out to them and they might be able to 'lean' on UA for you.

I bought the upgrade at UA site directly. I inquired a week ago, but there was no answer from UA support team.

Similarly, I haven't received any of my licenses from the upgrade to U12.
I submitted a ticket a week ago but I do know they're getting smashed so am not getting too antsy

I am in the same boat... need the instructions on how to upgrade.... why is support so useless and if the problem is solved why didnt you post the solution here so that others could benefit?

So I was able to resolve it, thanks. I was just confused with UA connect and what "native" plugin means... All this stuff is new to me. Thanks
