I must say that jjrshop is not viable option for me since the VAT, customs and the
postage are so high (even after 10% forum discount).Local dealers
can give even better prices if you are willing to bargain.

I checked out JRRShop after seeing this post (planning to buy a Flexi Pak). They had a good price on a different item which said \"ships immediately\" so I ordered that last week. On Thursday, the status changed to \"processing\" and my credit card was charged. Since then, nothing. I don't know if it has shipped, or if it's being held up for some reason. JRRShop hasn't replied to a pair email inquiries either.
Is this typical? Because it's not typical where I usually shop online.
As it stands right now, I definitely would not recommend JRRShop. This will hopefully change very soon. :?

Yeah JRRshop is cool.
Peter from JRRShop finally got back to me tonight. Apparently, the order was being held up while they waited for \"Tascam\" to ship the item. Problem is, I didn't order anything from Tascam.
And you're not supposed to use the \"forum\" coupon and free shipping simultaneously. He acted like it was my fault that the item was expensive enough to automatically qualify, and now they want another $25. I don't know if/when they planned to tell me this (I contacted them).
So who's Eric, anyway, and how do I reach him? :lol:
