WiFi issue

Bear with me…. Yes another post about ox box wifi issue, but, I can connect to my ox WiFi, but when searching for my own WiFi network from the ox app, iPad or macOS, it will not see my home network! It sees all my neighbours as a weak signal. It even saw, and connected to my iPhone hotspot. It won’t see my home WiFi. Weird. I have a ubiqiti amplifi home WiFi router. I’ve sat the ox next to it, so its not on an extender.
im sure I connected to it before. But usually when I plug in, I don’t have time to fix the WiFi, so I just stay connected to the ox and control like that.
im guessing it’s a ubqiti update that has caused this. As I seem to remember having an issue with Sonos on WiFi too at some point.

am about to sell my unit (love it, but don’t love not having money!) so trying to make sure all is working. Which I believe it is.

Thanks Max. Yes I did. Wondering if I should just do a factory reset, which I’ll have to anyway, once sold.

I have a WiFI issue with my OX after getting a triband router. The OX app on the Mac Studio isn’t seeing the 2.4 GHz band from the router. I spoke with UA tech support and there’s no fix at the present time. As a work around, I use the OX app on the iPad. It sees the OX as the main WiFi router so I can’t use the iPad to access the internet, but that’s okay.

Thanks, yes that’s what I do. I can connect to the ox, without internet. I’ll just have to hotspot for the reset.
