Win11 download speeds reduced after installing Spark

Hello guys,

Anyone else with the issue of Windows 11 going from over 40MB/s to less then 8 (same download file, same server)?

I already tested this, I have a good knowledge of network and settings to try to improve it, only when I install UAD Spark, this network issue occurs.

Is there any update or fix coming for this type of issues? I tried everything, UAD Spark is the culprit :|

Yes, I tried that, i tried a bit of everything, from new cables, safety mode, optimal settings, turning off stuff, a lot of CMD commands, flush/renew, vpn on and off, even the internet service tech guy came here because I thought it could be the router, but it't not (and it was replaced!).

This only happened to 1 computer, mobile and other PC work fine. I tried using Hirens Boot via USB, download speeds were normal, going back to Win11 with UAD downloads were low again (same server, same file).

As I formatted Win11 to test my UAD Spark theory (i did this twice), as I'd install it and download the VSTs, internet download would go down to 10% of it's max speed.
Even uninstalling UAD Spark, does not solve this issue. I don't have any other version of Windows to test but I don't wanna do any more testing (still reinstalling everything else!)...

I formatted again, i re-installed everything besides UAD Spark (that I wanted to use!) and the internet download speed is normal (above 50mb/s).
