Working only in Mixer view.

Greetings

Just downloaded Luna to try and work old school style. To me that means - not looking at the arrange page at all and using time rather beats on the transport

Can you work only in the mixer view. I will mainly be recording audio only.

From the mix view :

1. Can you record destructively like it was on tape ? (does not have to be destructive. I just don't want to mess with take folders and all kind of arrange mousing. So any dubs or new recording just has a automatic short crossfade to avoid an clicks and just lays it self on top with no need for any mouse/arrange commitment)

2. Can you set a locator from the mix view and can you set a left and right locator and autopunch from the mixer view ?

1 - There's no take folders in Luna, you can do alternate takes if you want, but yes, if you dont want any of that you can just keep recording on the same track/s without looking at the screen

2- yes you can set markers and pre-roll in mixer view
