Worst Support Of Any Company I've Ever Dealt With

In my 40plus years in the recording business I’ve never had worst support than with your company.
I bought native plugs ins and there’s no way to install them and I can’t talk to a real person.
Looking at Tube videos and your support pages are useless.
When I go to UA Connect it’s not giving any options except to buy which I’ve already bought.
They are running in demo mode but no way to install and activate them.
I’m either a total idiot or there is some problem here.
I’m sorry to bitch and moan but come on guys there’s got to be an easier way as this causing me extreme stress.
If you want to keep me as a customer please give me some help on what should be a simple fix.

What is your ticket #? Happy to look into it for you.

All demos will revert to owned when their demo periods expire.

And UA Connect is not meant to show unowned products at this time.

No way to install them? What kind of computer and operating system are you using?

It's typically dead easy to install a UA native plugin.

ps: You can create a Signature line that lists your computer, OS and related hardware and software you are using. It's helpful to know when troubleshooting on this Forum. (y) You can see my Signature line below as a template. Navigate to your account and click on Signature to add/edit.

Is your iLock account showing in UA connect (settings in upper right of UAconnect window).

In your iLok Manager, do you have your licenses in the iLok cloud (or on a USB iLok that's plugged in).

If iLok Manager is set to "automatic" mode, they should automatically be placed in the cloud. In "Managed" mode, you will need to move them yourself. They should be in the "available" tab when you select your user name on the upper left of iLok Manager.

Indeed, they'll convert not to worry.

And while I am not part of Support, I can look into tickets for users to help alleviate anxiety.

I've been working in this game for a similar period. Thankfully, I have only needed the help of UAD support a couple of times ( mainly due to everything being so smooth and intuitive ) but when I did interact, the guys have been nothing short of excellent. Certainly not my everyday experience of dealing with various companies over the years :(
Hoping you are sorted soon and and enjoying these products as much as I have.

I dealt with support one time, it was top notch but that was a while ago. Just a thought because we are usually a helpful bunch here, maybe not the best idea to start off saying things like "worst ever" unless it's been a ton of times. Presonus and Ableton and IK come to mind in that department :ROFLMAO:
