I am having a same issue. I have got a used one and at first, I had a multiple accounts issue. I called the precious owner to cancel his account linked to the device. After canceling his account, I keep having the issue, "You cannot re-register a device you have requested to transfer. Please visit help.uaudio.com to contact customer support." My ticket # is 828177.

    • The Apollo 16 device is not registered and cannot be used. Please tell me how to solve it.
