Uad percision enhancer VS Powrcore Noveltech character

Hi
I just sold my Powercore Element and bought another Uad card, Personaly I think Uad is much better..
There is only one thing in the Powercore platform I miss alot, the Noveltech Character.
I was wondering if anyone here ever compared the Percision enhancer to the Noveltech character, and can tell me if they are alike, and if they be used for the same purposes.
