Free Marshall Plexi Classic plugin?

Hi guys, nice update!

How does the free Marshall PLexi Classic work? I installed v.9.4 but when I open the Marshall it says "demo". I'm using an Apollo 8.

Hi Briaboy,

You have to update your authorizations in the Meter & Control Panel as well.

Please let us know if that's the issue as one other person is not seeing the auth either.

hello, I have the same problem, and I have updated the Meter & Control Panel, using an apollo twin mk2.
how can it be resolved?

There seem to be issues with this since a few of us are experiencing it. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Hi - yes, I have authorized the plugins in Meter & Control Panel plus I have installed v.9.4. In the Meter & Control Panel, the Marshall still says "Start Demo" in the list of plugins.

I have the same 'demo' issue, but thought I should point out that a couple of my plugins (eg, tonelux tilt) say 'no auth found' in the show/hide plugins dialogue...

Still, thanks for the free plexi (when it works!).

There are a number of plug-ins that show up in the Console plug-ins list that appear with "Unable to find Auth infor for XXXX".

It doesn't affect your licenses and you can verify your auths in the Meter & Control Panel.

This is a minor issue that we discovered late in the game and it will be fixed in an upcoming release, but it's safe to ignore the dialog.

We found the issue and are working on it.

Auths will be issued later today or this evening, so just use Demo mode and reauthorize your plug-ins again later tonight or tomorrow.

I am having the same experience as others; I have installed v 9.4 and updated authorisations, but have no Marshall Plexi Classic.
I understand UAD are working on it, so I am very confident that I will be able to test out an amp simulation soon.
Interestingly for UAD: I've not yet tried any UAD amp simulations, so am keen to hear the impact they can make to a recording.
ALSO:
Console settings status notification for bx_digital VE is "unable to find Auth info for '40au'. - I purchased both this and V3; it works in my DAW, so not sure what's going on there.
Console settings status notification for Neve 1073 legacy is "unable to find Auth info for 'UA55'
Console settings status notification for Neve 1081 is "unable to find Auth info for 'UA5D'
Console settings status notification for Neve 31102 is "unable to find Auth info for 'UA87'
Console settings status notification for Neve 33609 is "unable to find Auth info for 'UA59'
Console settings status notification for Tonelux Tilt is "unable to find Auth info for '91au'
I purchased all these and have checked them in my DAW; they all working, but initially these messages concerned me.
I note there are other plug-ins I haven't purchased giving me similar messages, beingVertigo VSM-3 and Oxide tape.
I checked them in my DAW and they respond as they should - requesting demo authorisation.
Perhaps a few little niggles with v9.4 that could be addressed?

We're aware of the issues and are working on getting Marshall Plexi Classic auths issued later today, so use it in demo mode for today and re-authorize your plug-ins tomorrow.

The 'Unable to find Auth info" issue only affects the list in Console and not your actual authorizations. We have identified the problem and it will be addressed in an upcoming release. For now, it's safe to ignore the message in the Console Plug-ins list.

Same issue on the Marshall but I can run the demo anyway on my Twin. Thank you UA for that cool classic sound. I just spend 1 hour playing on it.

my device won't initialize demo for some odd reason. Would this pave the way for a cheaper update to super lead?
