plugins not working since I bought new used MKII

My Plugins are not working in any of the console.or in Luna I'm still waiting to get authorization from UAD Through LONG AND Mqaude.I have been with UAD since UAD Cards it says I'm authorized MKII shows up in console no plugins authorized Love My UAD

I've run into this too with a new Twin MkII which I bought new at a very good price after the Twin x came on the market. I already had an SF and an x8 in system one.

I installed the Twin, putting it into system one, and only 4 of my plug-ins would work, the others showed as not being authorized, and hitting the Authorization button in UAD Meter and Control panel would not authorize the plug-ins.

I phoned tech support at Sweetwater, and Chris at Sweetwater had me go to UAD Meter & Control Panel

1.He had me tell him the the version number of the installed UAD2 software (at system info in the UAD Meter & Control Panel), to be certain it was up to date

2. He told me to save the Detailed System Profile – bottom of page – and give it a new name.

3. Then go to plug-ins and Authorize again in UAD Meter & Control Panel.

It worked.
