Still not received free UAD-2 QUAD after two months!!!!!

I made use of the free UAD-2 QUAD card promo with the purchase of a 4-710d on 19th October. My invoice is dated 19/9/2016.

The unit was out of stock and I wasn't able to register for the free card until 11th October.

Over two months later I still haven't received the card and to compound the issue I find there are no "Requests" showing up in my account.

I have been told by technical support that I "should" receive my card by the beginning or middle of this week. I am now very worried I'm not going to receive the card in time to make use of the current sale and promotions in the plug-in store that expires 31st December.

Is there anything that can be done to expedite the shipping of the card? I don't seem to be getting anywhere with tech support and my cases keep being closed.

In many countries, during these kind of promos, the free items are delivered together with the main purchase by the distributor/reseller directly... and that's great. But in other places, i.e. USA and UK, the free item comes separately from UA directly, and it is not infrequent to read about many complains about long waiting times (several months, often)... Unfortunately, I'm afraid you can just wait.

It states in the promo marketing info that the satellites will be sent later:6-8 weeks I think. There is good reason too, some times people return their Apollo's but then want to keep the satellites. Delaying the mail out of the satellites until after the last return date for the apollo controls for this. Its a drag to wait but the satellite will show up soon enough.

Scan you receipt and send that to CS as follow up .

They normally always ensure that deals are extended to people if the hardware didn't show up in time. I am sure you will be accommodated.

I think you had to send in scan of the invoice when you registered and I've already read that sales can't be extended on the UAD site.

...And the problem with waiting more than I already should have is I'm going to miss out on the Xmas sale. :(

Extending the sale is not the same thing as CS helping you out. There was similar question here about 2 weeks ago and Gannon confirmed that you should formally contact CS and explain the exact situation , that of not being to take advantage of the current sale.

As the custom bundle offer is available in the store now and as they are the same prices as the registration offer, (other than having to pick plugs ins sooner) and the Christmas prices are also available, why are you not just buying the plugs you want ? Am I misunderstanding something ?

I would by some plug-ins now but the store won't let you if you don't have a registered UAD card. And anyways I'd like to try them first.

I have contacted CS but they've not been very helpful: I've been told "...it will be sent from our Amsterdam warehouse. So you should be able to register it in time and make use of the sale." I will be able to get the Custom 10 bundle at the sale price. Should is not the same as definitely which is a a tad disappointing after waiting 10 weeks for the card.

I registered my Apollo 8p on December 10th (a Saturday) and today, December 20th, received the FedEx tracking number - should be here by the end of the week!

It's all documented with CS but they keep closing the case and I have to keep reopening it! And now I find people from a later promotion are already getting shipping notifications.

Mine was the promotion before that! Glad you're sorted but it doesn't seem entirely fair that I still haven't received my card 10 weeks after registering. Are you in the U.K./EU by any chance?

I'm informed that a card has been sent out today. Whether I get it before 31st December is another issue. It's got to get to the UK from the Netherlands with Xmas in between.

I've had no shipping notification, just a CS message. Do UA usually send out shipping notifications/tracking info in the EU?

Not going to be happy if I miss this sale!
