I made use of the free UAD-2 QUAD card promo with the purchase of a 4-710d on 19th October. My invoice is dated 19/9/2016.
The unit was out of stock and I wasn't able to register for the free card until 11th October.
Over two months later I still haven't received the card and to compound the issue I find there are no "Requests" showing up in my account.
I have been told by technical support that I "should" receive my card by the beginning or middle of this week. I am now very worried I'm not going to receive the card in time to make use of the current sale and promotions in the plug-in store that expires 31st December.
Is there anything that can be done to expedite the shipping of the card? I don't seem to be getting anywhere with tech support and my cases keep being closed.
