    Universal Audio DAW

Well, Iíve been playing with console a lot, playing guitar along to my sequenced synths and drums etc.
And Iíve come to the conclusion that console is the coolest, well, console.
So I wish UA would make a daw. Best subs is studio one, I really like the mixer view in there.
But I feel like I really click with UA stuff so... a bit of wishful thinking I guess.

Agreed but UA could do something like Waves did with Tracks Live. Just something to track in quickly with the ability to export to all the DAW formats. It wouldn't need to be a full fledged DAW. Well that being said I just thought of one feature they would have to add, a click track. Steve Martin says from "The Jerk" "Live track recording and that's all I need.... Wait a minute a click track, ok Live Tracking and a click track and thats all I need, Wait a minute I need This"

MIND Music Labs ELK -> Diticated OS for musisians UAD ?

Well if UAD would make there live track less cpu demanding or make some NEW super low latency DSP PCI-E cards you would have it! You would have your favourite DAW host and UAD quality plug ins.

Or may be UAD should support MIND Music Labs ELK Ė a Linux-based operating system they say is optimized for musical applications and high performance. Non of the external mixing apps would be necessary! Just use your DAW software.

    Ultra-low latency (1ms round-trip)
Linux-based, using single Intel & ARM CPUs
Support for JUCE and VsT 2.x and 3.x plugins
Natively connected (USB, WiFi, BT, 4G)
