Thanks, Dan - we've been in crunch mode for the last 8 months and I don't see an end just yet.Gannon mentioned that they are in crunch mode and are swamped at the moment (v8.0 release myahaps???). I'm sure you'll get a reply from CS imminently. If not, simply call them, they are ready and waiting

As I told you before, this was the first and only problem that I've had in two years or so.
