Major problem with UAD QUAD CARD

Gannon mentioned that they are in crunch mode and are swamped at the moment (v8.0 release myahaps???). I'm sure you'll get a reply from CS imminently. If not, simply call them, they are ready and waiting :)
Thanks, Dan - we've been in crunch mode for the last 8 months and I don't see an end just yet. :)

I mean that in the best of ways, though - it is constant hard work but could not be more gratifying!

Hi, I would like to keep you up to date. According to the cs my card just died. They offered me a replacement free of charge. (RMA)
As I told you before, this was the first and only problem that I've had in two years or so.

I'm glad we were able to work it out for you. It's a drag when your hardware fails, but we've all been there, so we understand when a brother is in pain. ;)

I would like to thank you for all the support you all folks gave me.

Ps: I now need to remove the old quad from the system so that I can install the new one.

Nice, that was quite a quick turnaround for the replacement card! Make sure to register the new card into the same
"hardware group" as the card it is replacing, so all of your plug-in licences get transferred over when you download
the new updated auth file for the new card. If you are not careful, it could get registered into a 2nd hardware group
and you will only have the basic plug-ins available to it. Only UA CS can remedy after the fact and with the Thanksgiving
holiday that would probably not be until at least Monday.
